Refund Policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Please note: You must contact us via email at service@topmedicalproducts.com or call us at 206-940-8221 BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination and refunds will NOT be processed. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility for ALL returns and exchanges shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Be sure to pack the product to protect the original box and contents during shipment. If the original packaging has been damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return.

NUTRITIONAL/DIETARY PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ALL PRESCRIPTION ITEMS.

Items such as commodes, opened packages of diapers/briefs, ErecAids, and ALL other single use medical supplies or personal (medical) items are NOT returnable.

We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent. Your purchase must be returned in sale-able condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip. If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order. Please remember to include all the contents such as promotional items, accessories, and instruction manuals that came in the original order. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen returned merchandise before it reaches our warehouse and is signed for by one of our staff members.
